Service Description

Between Neha Sharma (RCIC #R710655) and, the Client Initial Consultation Agreement This Agreement outlines the terms of consultation services provided by Neha Sharma, a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC #R710655) representing NEW NEST IMMIGRATION INC., to the Client. The Client agrees to pay the consultation fees as specified in the booking tool for the selected online/In person consultation service, which aims to gather sufficient information to enable the RCIC to provide a comprehensive analysis and advice on immigration options, including estimated timelines, fees, and costs. The Client must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information and documentation as requested by the RCIC, fully disclosing all relevant details, including adverse or negative information, as failure to do so may impact the advice given, void this Agreement, or affect the outcome of the Client’s application or immigration status. The RCIC’s advice is based on Canadian immigration law and policy in effect on the consultation date, and the RCIC is not responsible for subsequent changes in legislation or policy that may affect future applications or outcomes. The RCIC will deliver services to the standard of a competent CICC member but does not guarantee success of the Client’s immigration, business, education, or employment goals, as outcomes depend on factors beyond the RCIC’s control. The RCIC is obligated to maintain the confidentiality of the Client’s information, and all data and documents provided will not be disclosed to third parties, except to the RCIC’s agents or employees, without the Client’s prior consent—unless required by law. This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and applicable federal laws of Canada. Neha Sharma (RCIC #R710655) is a member in good standing of the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (CICC) and adheres to its By-Laws, Code of Professional Ethics, and Regulations. By paying the consultation fee via the booking tool, the Client acknowledges having read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
